Crosthwaite & Lyth Valley
Crosthwaite is a charming small rural village. While it has no shops, it boasts a fantastic local pub, The Punchbowl Inn, serving delicious food.
The Punchbowl is just a short stroll from our glamping pods, making it perfect for a relaxed meal without leaving the village.
The Lyth Valley is famous for its damson orchards and hedgerows, which put on a stunning show of damson blossom in mid April. These small, sweet, plum-like fruits are perfect for making delicious damson gin, jams, and preserves - a real treat for visitors and locals alike.
Electric Car Charging
We have numerous outside 13amp plug sockets for use with your car's 3pin EV charging cable. Electric output is a maximum of 3kw/hour so overnight charging is required. We also have our own "type 2" 3pin charging cable if needed.
Dark Skies
Thanks to minimal light pollution, clear nights offer spectacular stargazing. Sit back by the firepit with a glass of wine and soak in the stunning night skies.
